Booking Policies

When booking, the total amount of the invoice must be paid. You must make your payment by credit card (VISA, MasterCard or American Express).

In case of cancellation made more than 30 days before the date of your activity, your reservation will be refunded 100%. Between 29 days and 3 days before the date of your activity, 70% of the total amount will be refunded to you. No refund for a cancellation less than 3 days before your activity.

 

Changing a booking :
Any changes must be made by email or telephone and subject to availability.

 

Weather :
We think there is no bad weather. The activity always takes place. For sea kayaking, if there is a lot of rain, there is a risk of thunderstorms or too big waves, the activity will be transferred. For ski touring, if there is a situation where the temperature is extreme (-35 C⁰) or if the amount of snow is not adequate, the activity will be transferred.
The final decision to cancel in case of bad weather is the responsibility of the guide or the administration of Quatre Natures.

 

Drugs and alcohol :
Before and during the activities, it’s forbidden to consume, to have in its possession and to be under the influence of any drugs, illicit substances or medicines (prescription or not). It’s also prohibited to be under the influence of alcohol and to remain so for the duration of the activity. Failure to comply with these rules may result in you being expelled without notice, without the possibility of refund.

 

Booking policy for an excursion :
You can cancel or change your reservation up to 48 hours before the start of the activity. If you cancel your reservation more than 48 hours in advance, we will only keep the non-refundable deposit. If a cancellation is made less than 48 hours before the start of the activity, an amount equivalent to the total value of the activity will be debited. Possibility of transferring the amount for another activity in the calendar year.

 

Booking policy for a trip :
You can cancel your reservation up to 30 working days before the date of travel. If you cancel your reservation more than 30 days in advance, we will only keep the non-refundable deposit. When a cancellation is made less than 30 working days from the date of travel, an amount equivalent to the total value of the trip will be charged. Possibility of transferring the amount for another activity in the calendar year.

 

Booking policy for a training :
You can cancel your reservation up to 7 working days before the date of the activity. If you cancel your reservation more than 7 days in advance, we will only keep the non-refundable deposit. When a cancellation is made less than 7 working days from the date of the activity, an amount equivalent to the total value of the activity will be debited. Possibility of transferring the amount for another activity in the calendar year.

 

Booking policy for a rental equipment :
You can cancel or change your reservation up to 3 working days before the booking date. If you cancel your reservation more than 3 days in advance, we will only keep the non-refundable deposit. When a cancellation is made less than 3 working days from the date of booking, an amount equivalent to the total value of your rental will be charged.

  • Security Deposit : a security deposit is required for any rental. This will automatically be added at the time of payment. The latter will be credited upon return of the material. In case of loss, delay, theft or breakage of the rental equipment, the costs will be covered by the security deposit. In addition, the equipment must be clean.
  • Taking Possession : the equipment is taken the day before the rental from 4 pm by appointment.
  • Delay Policy : for each day of delay, charges equivalent to the one-day rental rate will be charged.
