Progress

When you meet the guide at the launch site at 22 Rue des Érables, Sainte-Brigitte-de-Laval you will receive a briefing on the progress of the activity and the necessary equipment. Depending on the season and the weather, you can equip yourself with a neoprene suit (wetsuit).

When everyone is ready, it’s time to launch, and the adventure begins! You will navigate the river, alternating between calm sections and exciting rapids. Halfway through, we will take a well-deserved break at a beach for a snack and the chance to swim in the river.

The second half of the route will take you to the exit, where our shuttle will be waiting to take you back to our base. This unforgettable day in the great outdoors promises thrills and moments of relaxation along the water.
