You can pick up your bedding kit at our downtown Quebec City store or directly at the national park’s visitor center. Please specify your preference in the reservation form.

Politique de réservation
Lors de toute réservation, le montant total de la facture doit être payé. Vous devez faire votre paiement par carte de crédit (VISA, MasterCard ou American Express).
En cas d’annulation effectuée plus de 30 jours avant la date de votre activité, votre réservation vous sera remboursée à 100%. Entre 29 jours et 3 jours avant la date de votre activité, 70% du montant total vous seront remboursés. Aucun remboursement pour une annulation moins de 3 jours avant votre activité.
Modification d’une réservation : Toute modification doit se faire par courriel ou par téléphone et est sujette aux disponibilités. Veuillez nous contacter à reservation@quatrenatures.com ou au 418 271-7234.
Météo : En aucun cas, le client ne peut annuler et avoir un remboursement s’il n’apprécie pas la météo.
