Simplify your outdoor stays with our complete bedding rental service, perfect for ready-to-camp setups and shelters. Our kits are designed to offer all the comfort you need, whether you choose a single or double bed, no matter where your adventure takes you.
You can pick up your bedding kit at our downtown Quebec City shop or directly at the reception of your accommodation. Please indicate this information in the booking form.

How does it work?
- Select the start and end date for your rental
- In the form, indicate the pickup and return location, as well as the type of accommodation
- Pick up your bedding at our shop or choose delivery
- Enjoy a comfortable night, even in the great outdoors
Fixed rate, regardless of duration
Your rental must be picked up in downtown Québec City at our rental shop (1176 Av. Cartier, Québec, QC G1R 2S7).
You have the option to take advantage of an early pickup for your outdoor equipment rental! This paid option can be added to your reservation cart. You’ll then be able to collect all the necessary gear the day before, starting at 4:00 PM. This gives you time to get organized and prepare calmly for your outing.
Reservations are made by day, not by 24-hour period. Equipment must be returned on the last day of your reservation.
Outside of business hours, equipment can be returned using the electronic lock on the back door (not to be confused with the main front door), accessible via the alleyway to the right of the shop. The lock code is only available to customers with a confirmed reservation made before store closing time. Parking is also available via the small private alley on the right side of the shop.
Any last-minute reservation made outside of business hours will only be available starting at 10:00 AM the following day (except Sundays in winter, when pickup will be available starting Monday morning).

Booking Policies
When booking, the total amount of the invoice must be paid. You must make your payment by credit card (VISA or MasterCard).
In case of cancellation made more than 30 days before the date of your activity, your reservation will be refunded 100%. Between 29 days and 3 days before the date of your activity, 70% of the total amount will be refunded to you. No refund for a cancellation less than 3 days before your activity.
Changing a reservation : Any changes must be made by email or telephone and are subject to availability. Please contact us at reservation@quatrenatures.com or 418 271-7234.
Weather : The decision to cancel in case of bad weather is the responsibility of the guide or the administration of Quatre Natures. Under no circumstances the customer can cancel and have a refund if he does not like the weather.
