45 minutes from Quebec City, you will be seduced by a vast mountain plateau cut by deep valleys. The Jacques-Cartier National Park is home to one of the most beautiful glacial valleys in Quebec, the spectacular Jacques-Cartier Valley.
Quatre Natures offers the opportunity to discover the park with the shuttle bus from downtown Quebec City to the Visitor Center in Jacques-Cartier National Park (km10). Park access fee to the park is automatically added to your reservation. Possibility to select the option of annual card or access already purchased.
For families traveling with children, we can lend a seat or shell, upon request so that we install it on the bus the day of your shuttle.
Schedule from May 1 to October 30 :
9am at the Place d’Armes or 9:10am at Gare du Palais (main entrance)
leaving the park at 4:30pm

Booking Policies
When booking, the total amount of the invoice must be paid. You must make your payment by credit card (VISA, MasterCard or American Express).
In case of cancellation made more than 30 days before the date of your activity, your reservation will be refunded 100%. Between 29 days and 3 days before the date of your activity, 70% of the total amount will be refunded to you. No refund for a cancellation less than 3 days before your activity.
Changing a reservation : Any changes must be made by email or telephone and are subject to availability. Please contact us at reservation@quatrenatures.com or 418 271-7234.
Weather : The decision to cancel in case of bad weather is the responsibility of the guide or the administration of Quatre Natures. Under no circumstances the customer can cancel and have a refund if he does not like the weather.
